Mental Health First Aid

Introduction

In a similar way to how traditional First Aid training enables people to recognise physical ailments, this Mental Health First Aid course equips people with the skills to recognise when a person may be struggling with their mental health.  Covering the possible signs of a wide range of mental health conditions, how to communicate with empathy and sensitivity and ways that a person could be signposted to other services for assistance, this highly acclaimed 2 day course gives attendees the confidence to have open and understanding conversations.
